Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Prague Beer Guides s.r.o., registered at Školská 660/3, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 17169496, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague. By booking a tour or experience with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Small Group Tours:
- Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged full price.
- To reschedule within 24 hours, contact us. If slots are available, a 25 EUR/person fee applies. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
- Private Tours & Corporate Events:
- Cancel more than 21 days in advance for a full refund.
- Cancel 4-20 days in advance for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
2. Late Arrivals
Tours start strictly on time. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or no-shows. Contact us at +420 773 186 247 to inquire about catching up to the group or rescheduling (25 EUR/person if space allows).
3. Pricing & Payment
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Price Policy: Prices are final once the booking is made. We do not offer retroactive discounts.
- Inclusions & Exclusions: Tour descriptions explicitly list what is included. Prices do not include personal expenses, tips for the guide, or transportation.
4. Health & Dietary Requirements
Most tours involve light walking between venues. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate.
- Allergies: Please note that beer contains gluten. If you have Celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, or other dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to arrange alternative beverages, but this cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.
5. Guest Responsibility & Legal Age
- Legal Drinking Age: The legal drinking age in the Czech Republic is 18. All guests must present a valid physical photo ID upon request.
- Minors: Guests under 18 may be allowed on private tours if accompanied by a legal guardian, but will only be served non-alcoholic beverages.
- Behaviour: You are responsible for your behaviour. Actions that endanger others, disrupt the group, or offend local communities may result in removal without a refund.
6. Complaints and Feedback
If something is not right during your tour, please tell your guide as soon as possible so we can resolve it. For post-tour feedback or complaints, contact us in writing with your booking details and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond fairly and promptly, and we may request additional information to understand what happened.
7. Responsible Drinking, Safety & Conduct
Guest safety is our top priority.
- Intoxication & Refusal of Service: Our guides and partner pubs reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the tour if they become excessively intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive. No refunds will be provided.
- Zero-Tolerance Driving Law: The Czech Republic has a strict zero-tolerance policy (0.00% blood alcohol limit) for driving, including bicycles and e-scooters. We are not liable for any fines or injuries.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal data such as your name, contact details, and dietary restrictions solely to provide requested services. We process this data based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, or your consent. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Insurance
All travellers are highly recommended to have comprehensive travel insurance. Prague Beer Guides s.r.o. is not liable for events beyond our control (weather, traffic, pub closures, etc.).
10. Liability Disclaimer
Prague Beer Guides s.r.o. is not responsible for personal injuries, property loss, or external disruptions. Guests partake in alcohol tasting voluntarily and assume all associated risks.
11. Disclaimer on Travel Packages
We specialise strictly in local services, specifically guided beer tours. We are not a licensed travel agency or tour operator under Czech Law 159/1999 Sb..
12. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution. The authorised body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (COI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2.
